FAQ:

Is it hard to ride Segways?

No, riding Segways is intuitive and most people get a hang of it within minutes. Every tour starts with training & practice, covering the easy-to-learn basics of the Segways.

What if it rains?

Bergen is a rainy city with around 200 to 240 days of rain per year. Our tours take place regardless of rain and our Segways come equipped with rain ponchos. We encourage everyone to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Can I drop in?

Yes, drop ins are welcome. Having said that we do not always have a staffed reception as we might be out on tour, or your chosen time slot might be sold out due to limited capacity. For these reasons, we encourage everyone to make a reservation in advance via our website or call us at +47 471 471 00.

Cancellation Policy

All of our tours can be cancelled for a full refund up to two weeks prior to your chosen date. Otherwise tours can always be rebooked for a different available time slot.

Can we store our bags with you?

Yes, you can. We have a staff member present or we lock the doors when we leave for tours.

Duration of the tours and training

The tours last about 2h, training time included.
